At COVE by Van Rozeboom Interiors we take deep pride in the quality merchandise we offer. We care about your satisfaction and are always here to help.

We hope you love your selections as much as we loved bringing them to you. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund on stocked non-furniture items within 30 days from receipt of product or purchase from a store. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. COVE does not accept returns on the following items: custom upholstery, floor model furniture, fabric yardage, custom orders, vintage or antique items, live plants and flowers, clearance items or final sale items.

Custom order items are made to order especially for you and may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of submitting the order. We do not accept returns on these items. Custom orders include upholstered furniture, customized case goods (ie. tables, bookcases, etc.), wallpaper, and tile.
